As reported on WWE.com, “DJZ” Michael Paris has arrived at the WWE Performance Center.
After a rather long tenure at IMPACT/TNA, DJZ has finally arrived at the big-but-not-so-hot-right-now time. The WWE welcomed him with a feature on the website that reads:
A professional grappler for nearly 15 years, Paris specializes in dynamic, top-rope offense, and has put many competitors away with moves like the 450 Splash and the 630 Splash.
Whether he’ll be repackaged or whether he’ll manage to retain any of his old gimmick is up in the air as of this writing, but it’s likely the WWE will re-work Michael Paris into something other than DJZ. The TNA link is far too strong I fell.
We wish Michael the best of luck in the land of the rather unfortunate.
Hopefully he stays in NXT.
